
Refund Policy
1. Overview
At NJ Medical Career Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and a supportive learning environment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines the terms under which refunds for tuition and fees may be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Students may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Withdrawal Before Program Start:
A full refund of tuition (excluding non-refundable registration fees or administrative fees) will be granted if the student cancels enrollment in writing at least 5 business days prior to the program start date. -
Withdrawal After Program Start:
If a student withdraws after the program has begun, a prorated refund will be issued based on the percentage of instruction completed, less any applicable administrative or registration fees. -
No Refunds After 50% Completion:
No refund will be issued if the student has completed at least 50% of the course.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:

Books, supplies, and uniforms (if already issued)

4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Include your full name, course title, reason for withdrawal, and proof of payment

Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days of approval
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Special Considerations
In cases of medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extenuating circumstances, NJ Medical Career Institute will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Proper documentation may be required.
6. Course Cancellations
If NJ Medical Career Institute cancels a course or program before it begins, students will receive a full refund, including any registration or material fees already paid.
